a decent experience overall
friendly staff swift response clean room noisy environment thin walls rattling sounds
the hotel staff responded swiftly to requests. the hotel location was near all important sights. the room i had was spacious and clean.
the hotel is very noisy. i could hear neighbours do everything. sound rattled down the corridor when breakfast was prepared.

Central Location with Friendly Service
helpful recommendations central location
The staff provided helpful recommendations. I appreciated the central location. It allowed easy access to main tourist attractions. The railway station was also a manageable walk.
The stairs leading to the elevator were a bit challenging with luggage. Carrying heavy suitcases up to the internal elevator was difficult. I wish there was assistance available for luggage handling on arrival.

outside noise small elevator
The staff was friendly and helped park my car in the garage.
My room was not great. I found noise from outside made sleeping difficult. The elevator was also very small and not easy to use with luggage.
